I hope you enjoy this circuit as much as I do. If you don’t have a weighted ball, a dumbbell also works. You can do the entire circuit 2,3 or 4 times depending on your fitness level. 4 exercises you can do to help with knee pain. 1. Hip rotations: place a light circle band around your feet. Turn outwards from your thighs engaging your glutes to do so. Resist quick fast rotations from the ankle joint. Really try to have the movement come from your upper thigh. 2. Foot point and flex. You can do this against a light resistance band or without.
