THANK YOU to one of our followers for asking for a blackened fish recipe. We found some beautiful Atlantic Cod filet and we had leftover Tzatziki from Easter dinner. It seemed like the perfect match! You can buy cajun seasoning if you don’t want to make it from scratch. You can use whatever fish or protein you prefer.
