Recipe -1lb Andouille Sausage of choice, cut to bite size pieces -1lb Leftover Crawfish tail meat or sub in shrimp -1lb Pasta of Choice, we used penne -3 C Grated Parmesan -2 C Half n Half or use Heavy Cream if you wish -1/2 Stick Butter -2 T Olive Oil -1/2 White Onion, diced -4 Cloves Garlic, minced. More or less to your liking -1/4 C Roasted Red Peppers -Creole Seasoning to taste. We used a couple tablespoons -Black pepper to taste -Juice half a Lemon
