2019年11月1日 · Bear in mind this is a brand new controller and the Play and Charge Kit is less than 6 months old and worked fine with the old controller. Having done a little online research into this problem, I tried a fix that someone suggested (to place a thin cardboard shim under the battery) and the controller and battery will now charge correctly.
