2018年11月26日 · I have a Tillotson 212 that I run on a Trailmaster MB200-2 mini bike. I too, was interested in the 10hp out of the box stock engine. My plan was to just install this engine on the mini bike in stock form and call it a day.

2018年12月26日 · Went to install a genuine Mikuni carb. on my Trailmaster MB200-2 with Tillotson 212 engine. The overall outside cable sheath length is correct for the mini bike. The problem is that the inside cable with barrel ends is approximately 1/2" too long.

Looking to put a Mikuni carburetor on it, but I don’t want to open the engine up to mess with the internals. If I put the Mikuni carb on it, doesn’t it just bypass the governor altogether? Thanks.

2020年3月1日 · You'll need to tap the two holes (top and back) and install some grub screws in them. Remove the low oil sensor while you're in there. Since everything is apart, it's a good time to do a billet rod and flywheel (or PVL flyhweel if you can't afford billet).
