There are portions in the movie where Karloff mumbles something which gets read as (ANCIENT CHANTING), but as it turns out may actually be Ancient Egyptian prayers (example below).

2020年2月21日 · It could have been a good film if not for the ham fisted way Universal was forcing a franchise down our throats - THAT was the worst aspect of The Mummy, not Cruise. Interestingly , it's truly remarkable how those monster characters from the 1930's are still the most profound and prevalent of the genre.
