2013年12月18日 · Silverstone fan hub can't control 3-pin fans, since to achieve DC control for 8 fans via BIOS, the MoBo fan header must be the one that supplies and regulates all the input power. Most MoBo fan headers are rated for 1A at 12V and can support 2-3 fans (up to 5 fans if fan amperage is below 0.2A).

There does NOT appear to be ANY way for a mobo fan header signal to be fed into that Aigo Hub, so your only option for fan speed control is the manual control box that comes with that Aigo system. You already have the lights controlled by the mobo system, I believe - I presume its displays do what you want.

2018年5月24日 · Almost all HUBS can control the speed of their fans ONLY if two conditions are met: 1. The mobo header you plug the Hub into MUST be using PWM Mode to control its fans; and, 2. The fans MUST be of the 4-pin design. Your fans are 3-pin, so they will always run at full speed in this set-up.

2016年11月4日 · How to connect the four fans supplied with the case is a bit different. The case web page says it includes four NZXT FN V2 fans, which are 3-pin design and require Voltage Control Mode (aka DC Mode) to control their speed. The Hub you have does that on all outputs except the white Port #1, so at first glance that seems good.

2023年8月4日 · I have the water pump connected to the main CPU_FAN header, and can control that perfectly. I have 5 fans of the same model PWM noctua fan. They're hooked up to the CHA_FAN1 header, through a Thermaltake PWM fan hub. MB is ASUS PBZ69- V PRO. The fan in the "control port" in the hub can be speed controlled, the rest cannot.
