2024年12月2日 · This paper presents a method for continuously enhancing and modulating intensities of the optical signals of monolayer MoS 2 by deploying a wedge-like SiO 2 /Si substrate, which significantly increases signal intensities by 22.4 times for the E 2 g 1 Raman mode, 39.1 times for the A 1g Raman mode and 12.9 times for PL, respectively.

It is shown that only the Raman frequencies of and peaks vary monotonously with the layer number of ultrathin MoS 2 flakes, while intensities or widths of the peaks vary arbitrarily.

We found that the photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL) signal lost peak intensity by a factor of 0.76 for the longest treatment time, and the spectra became dominated by the negatively charged A - exciton instead of the neutral A 0 exciton [37] .
