We understand that when checking "My Microsoft Account" and "My Profile" using Account Manager, the related pages do not load, no problem using it on Mac, if I misunderstood your problem, you can describe it in detail and it would be great if you can upload a screenshot of the problem!
How do I figure out who my Microsoft account manager is?

But I have no idea who my Account Manager is at Microsoft. I know I have one, because they call me once a year. I just never saved their contact info (shame on me). So how can I find them?

2016年2月14日 · I also tried switching from logging in with a Microsoft Account to logging in with a local account (instructions below). This appeared to work following a reboot but the fan is now running again so apparently it hasn't (though after ending the Microsoft Account in the task manager it does not reopen following a reboot).
