All test done from A to Z and nothing besides mild reflux/gastritis on my esophagus amd throat. Normal stomach acid levels (from PH Bravo) No heartburn and I sleep good.

I was wondering if acid reflux can cause upper back pain as well as arm pain almost like nerve pain I would say in the arms . I have been prescribed Tramadol specificly for this symptom and the pain that goes with it and it works a treat. ( muscle relaxant and painkiller)
