2024年3月10日 · In the future, in webmail, any Comcast/Xfinity related Emails, you should see this: next to your unopened email. That is Xfinity's official logo and icon. If you don't see that next to an "xfinity-related email" you can pretty well guess it's not from Comcast/Xfinity.

May of 2024 I did a chat with Karen of Xfinity online and Karen said "I would request you to kindly ignore those email (sp)". and "I will stop those emails from my side so you don't need to worry about this".

The screen display during this loop is the xfinity logo with an envelope and cell phone icon immediately beneath the logo on a dimly illuminated denim blue background.

2020年12月15日 · I actually use connect.xfinity.com to view my emails, so I checked some of my saved Xfinity emails, and they all do have the logo, as do the forum-related ones I just received today. The email I posted about (supposedly from "Admin") didn't have this logo, so I will ignore it as spam. BruceW, thank you for your assistance!

2024年3月8日 · A logo in the body of the email does not count. If the logo is missing when you view the message in webmail, the message is not from Comcast. Unfortunately, AFAIK the logo is not present when you view one of their messages in an email app or program. It's only visible when you use their web email site.
