2024年4月1日 · I love the pickup at Walmart, but as of recently several items are being marked "buy in store" and I cannot add them to my cart for pickup. These are items like soda pop and face wash. At the other store in town, these items are marked as "out of stock" - the whole store is out of face wash of every brand.

2024年3月3日 · None of my in-store purchases appear in my Walmart+ purchase history except the few that I scanned the barcode on the receipt. Not only is my debit card linked, but so is my discount card. If someone uses Walmart Pay at the register or self-checkout, that may trigger automatically saving the in-store purchase to the Walmart account.

2023年6月6日 · My Walmart app doesn’t give my the e-receipt whether I pay there or order grocery delivery. I can’t get an e-receipt on iPhone or laptop. I can only get a detailed list with totals in my laptop to print out for taxes. Or I’m told to go to store to print out receipt. I order delivery so I don’t have to go to the store. 🤷♀️

2019年12月13日 · They call it the Pay Cash option (not pay-in-store). But it is the pay-in-store option, and it doesn't have to be only with cash, either. In store, you can pay how ever you'd like. The cashier has to hit 121 Action Code, and follow the prompts. You need to bring your order number in, and once you've paid, the Pickup/Site to Store process begins.

Walmart.com not giving me the option to ship items to my house
2022年11月22日 · Item's we've previously purchased and had shipped to our home are no longer available to be shipped. In-store pickup is the only option. I've checked several different items and all the same story. I do see some additional listings that are the same product that are available to be shipped but cost more than 2x the in store pickup product.

2022年12月18日 · I never have this issue since I buy everything on Walmart.com for pick-up so I can get 5% can back on my Walmart credit card instead of 2% cashback buying something in the store. Also on my Walmart credit card I just do a "price rewind" request with a screenshot of the lower price from Walmart.com or another retailer within 120 days.

2020年11月9日 · It means the product is only available via online ordering. You have the option to pick up in store or have it delivered. The choice appears in your shopping cart as part of the purchase process. Also be aware that each store will only have a limited number of each item available for pickup even though the product is purchased online.
