2013年1月15日 · First combine vinegar, garlic, and pepper flakes. Then dissolve salt into water. Mix the two liquids together in a bowl and add the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. I generally do 5. You can bake, deep fry, smoke, or grill these as you see fit. I generally make my own wing sauce, but these are even delicious as is. Enjoy!

Did some homework and ended up in between . So bone in skin on chicken breast on sale . Remove the bone , into the brine 48 hrs . Fresh out of brine pat dry .

I usually go 2.5-3 hours, depending on how many times I open the smoker's door to tend to the sides, etc. The Gibson's sauce is something I always make- I believe the recipe from Chris Lilly's cookbook makes 4 cups. 2015年1月27日 · Brine ingredients: cup and a half hot water to dissolve sugar and salt. 1/2 cup of non-iodized salt. 3/4 cup of brown sugar. 2-3 tbls. of Dales Marinade 2 tbls. of poultry seasoning and onion powder. 1.5 quarts of buttermilk. Haven''t tried this recipe before so we will see how it goes. Figure it will be in the brine for 8-9 hours.
