2012年7月5日 · Hello - I have just purchased a CNC Shark Pro Plus HD and teamed it with a Bosch 1617 router. I just purchased some bits, some 2 flute ballnose bits of different diameters, a few down cut spiral, and a 3/8" single flute compression bit.

2019年5月19日 · The upper and lower clamp the router or spindle, and the middle is the actual support. There are 4 vertical bolts that hold the three together. I removed the front two bolts, and put shim material between the upper and middle plates, then reinstalled the bolts.

I want the router to turn on when I start my job and I want the router to be able to be turned off when the job finishes. The problem is my router isn't turning on when I start my job, and I have the on switch turn on on the router.

2012年6月9日 · Tried the e-stop, fuses etc. As mentioned, it works with one router and not the other yet the new router works in my router table just fine. the gantry moves per the program, its the router that doesn't turn on. Trying to determine if there is am amp rating issue which is preventing the new router from turning on.

2019年11月5日 · The table has to be in proper respect to the router. I tried several things to true up my router. The cheapest was to clamp a small 6" board to a long bit where the opposite end of the board had a pointer pointing down. As I rotated the board around mt table top, I could see where the difference was to shim the router.
