2020年6月16日 · Depending on exactly what is broken, you may be able to glue it or you may be able to just have a new pull put on your zipper. Better brands of zippers have mechanisms inside the crown to keep the zipper from unwanted motion, so you don't want to get glue in there. Most dry cleaners also do zipper repair, and shoe repair places do as well.
Is it possible to fix the zipper on this RTIC SoftpPak 30 Cooler?

2019年2月9日 · I ordered a soft sided RTIC cooler off the web. It looks solid and will use it on upcoming trips..but..The zipper takes 2 men and a boy operate it. The cooler comes with a tube of lube which is basically vaseline. Doesn’t really help. Any suggestions. I hear the zipper thing is common on the high end coolers with waterproof zippers

2022年7月8日 · Our 30's zipper snapped in half. We've contact RTIC and got the copy/pasted response of they don't have spare stock and don't do repairs bla, bla bla. I have looked high and low and not found a zipper that would work on these things. I was going to try one of the FixnZip but found a comment in the review that it didn't work on the soft cooler.

This. Had a big boy soft cooler from them and the zipper ripped off. I emailed asking the best way to reattach it because I was beyond the warranty period. They sent me an entirely new one free of charge.

2019年4月15日 · I had a similar issue with an RTIC soft cooler. I love it otherwise. Contacted about repair. They only responded about how I was beyond warranty. I told them I realized that and would be happy to pay for repair as I didn't want an otherwise functional cooler to become trash. They were in uninterested in that. Said they don't do repairs.

2019年8月5日 · Has anyone experienced terrible customer service from Rtic? I have a soft sided 40 cooler that after only 13 months the zipper failed. The company has said they qont replace or repair it and that I'm out the $170 I spent on it. If anyone has had a similar problem with their soft side cooler were you able to fix it?
