2014年6月5日 · I just picked up my 2014 Polaris Ranger 800 EFI EPS LE yesterday. The sales rep at the dealership told me about the possibility of the seat getting hot during the summer months. He removed the seat and showed me that the factory installs a small piece of that reflective material in the middle of the seat bottom to help with the radiating heat.

2006年1月11日 · It usually appears as the machine may go in to limp mode, or start sputtering, and running like crap. If you run the diagnostic mode, via turning the key off/on 3 times quick, you will usually get an error code 51 with this problem. Code 51 is 'fuel injector #1 short to ground, short to battery, or open load'.

Mainly after I run it a little while, here lately though as soon as I start it up its like the gas feed is stuck. RPM's normally 1250-1300 RPM. During its episodes it will go up to 2200 -2400.

Recently, I've begun to hear a "ticking" noise coming from the head of the motor. I looked into it and came across a bad cam, rod, lifter (are they hydraulic?) and a few other things.

2018年8月19日 · Over the last year I have had my 800 and had a few problems that I have fixed with the help of the manual and codes etc. One was a TPS wire broken and now repaired. The problem i have is if i start the machine cold and immediately try to pull power she will die and not restart for a few minutes.

2013年11月24日 · I just had this problem and found multiple wires that had their insulation rubbed off (TPS and IAC harnesses). On mine the wire ties were the culprits. Wrapped each wire with electrical tape and re-zip tied them differently so hopefully I won't have this issue again.
