Directions: Thaw and Serve (Cold) Cook from Frozen or Partially Thawed. OVEN: Place crepe in a single layer in oven preheated to 150°F for 1 minute. Skillet: Heat crepe in a preheated skillet on low heat, place frozen crepe in pan for 20 to 30 second until warm.. Microwave: Place a frozen or refrigerated crepe on a microwave-safe plate.Microwave the crepe on HIGH for 10 to 15 seconds.

Potato Cheddar Pierogies – Golden, Old Fashioned Kitchen
Boil. Place pierogies in boiling water. Boil uncovered for 6- 6 1/2 minutes. Drain and serve. Skillet. Place frozen pierogies in boiling water for approximately 3 minutes.
Crispy Crepe Dessert – Golden, Old Fashioned Kitchen
Old Fashioned Kitchen Plain Crepe Shells; 1 1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar 2 – 8oz. Mascarpone Cheese 1 1/2 cup Lemon Curd; Fabbri Amerena Cherries (wild Italian cherries in syrup) Lemon Mascarpone Cream Directions: Whip heavy cream and sugar in a large mixing bowl until stiff peaks form.
Cheese Blintzes – Golden, Old Fashioned Kitchen
Skillet. Preheat skillet with ample amount of cooking oil or butter to cover surface. Add frozen blintzes. Over medium heat, lightly brown on each side, turning occasionally for about 8 minutes or until warmed through.
Potato Pancakes – Golden, Old Fashioned Kitchen
Skillet: Heat frozen pancakes at MEDIUM setting (300° F) with a little oil or cooking spray for approximately 5 minutes on each side. Conventional Oven:
3 OZ Bulk Potato Pancakes – Golden, Old Fashioned Kitchen
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen pancakes on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, flip, and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.
Mini Potato Pancakes – Golden, Old Fashioned Kitchen
Conventional or Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen pancakes on a baking sheet or aluminum foil. Heat for 5 minutes on each side.
