2014年9月17日 · Prior to the events of Peace walker, Cipher/Zero started an organisation with Ocelot, EVA and Big Boss/Naked Snake called the Patriots, which Big Boss then left after finding out that Cipher/Zero had tried to create clones of him. Cipher also works for the CIA, hence why he's Snake's enemy in Peace Walker. Edit: Added more info
