In Windows 11, there is no corresponding setting, it is not possible to get the PC to boot up after a power outage and to be honest, the PC should be disconnected from power if there is an outage to protect against a power surge on the motherboard when the power is restored.

Prior versions had a policy where by auto-restarts after installed updates would not occur with logged-in users. This no longer works in 10. The fact that a professional OS can't be relied on to simply stay running is absurd.
