2018年4月29日 · Did Tesla or your bank send any info anywhere? My bank is in California, if that makes a difference. I've been talking to the DMV and they've said I need a title. I don't have one. Am I supposed to apply for that? Tesla sent me a Certificate of Origin, bill of sale, and a filled out MVT 20-1 that was missing mine and the bank's signature.
