Another thing that I maybe wanted to add aside from my own experience with negative cardiac effects on shrooms- there is an array of thing that I've begun taking in hopes of counter acting the SEVERE vascular effects I experience on psilocybin. First- daily Hibiscus tea has been shown to lower blood pressure by quite a lot.
