My principal tool is a 2014 Husaberg FE450 (four stroke). just added a 2015 KTM 250 EXC (two stroke). the 450 is tame in comparison with 250 [ ] , and I think I may need to dial down the hit with the two stroke when she comes on her pipe ... frankly , the bike is scary.

2010年11月6日 · That's what I was thinking. When we sound check, if there is a line, we give a pass to KTM 2T with the stock silencer. There are a few quieter dirt bikes, but not many. The rattle could also be the power valve. I prefer KTMtalk for KTM 2t info. The depth of knowledge is huge, do a search or 3 before posting, especially for a 2001.

It's typically not an issue pulling the thermostat on a 2 stroke dirt bike but it's a whole different story on a FI 4 stroke that thinks the motor is cold because 30 degree air is passing through the radiator. Reaching the recommended operating temp is a good thing.
