With no “ship” experience to compare it to other than the Cook Strait crossing Interislander, I received a rude yet pleasant awakening stepping on the Celebrity Edge for the first time.

Celebrity Edge set sail for its first preview cruise on Sunday. The 2,913-passenger ship will cruise the Caribbean from Fort Lauderdale during the winter and head to the Mediterranean in the spring.
