Akshay Kumar is currently shooting for ‘Housefull 5’ in the city. The film has a star-studded ensemble which includes Akshay along with actors like Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Shreyas Talpade, Nargis Fakhri among others.

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has reportedly sustained an eye injury on the sets of his upcoming film, Housefull 5. The incident took place in Mumbai during a stunt sequence for the movie. An insider source told Hindustan Times,

Akshay Kumar has suffered an eye injury while performing stunts on the sets of the film 'Housefull 5'. However, it is not for the first time, the actor was also injured on the sets of Holiday in 2014.

Actor Akshay Kumar is currently wrapping up the final schedule of the comedy franchise's fifth installment, Housefull 5. However, reports suggest that he sustained an injury while performing a stunt on set.

According to latest reports, Akshay Kumar has sustained an eye injured on the sets of Housefull 5, causing the shoot to be stalled.

Akshay Kumar reportedly hurt his eyes when an object flying came in the actor's eye. His eyes is currently bandaged and the actor has been asked to rest.

Ophthalmologist was called on the set who bandaged the eye and asked the actor to rest. Later, other actors resumed the shoot
