Blackstone Sausage Stuffing
A crispy, flavor-packed Thanksgiving side that brings campfire cooking and holiday tradition together deliciously.
Heat oil in a 10-inch cast-iron skillet over a medium-high, tilting pan to coat the bottom. Arrange potato wedges and sausage slices in skillet in a single layer, and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt.
1. Heat a large cast-iron or nonstick griddle (you can also use 2 cast-iron or nonstick skillets). Add the oil, bell peppers, onion, garlic, oregano and crushed red pepper and season with salt.
