The fire marshal is investigating a massive blaze that destroyed a historic church in Marshall. Marshall Fire Chief David Rainwater told KSLA firefighters had issues with water supply. Capt. Scott Barmore said the church is a historic landmark that was built in the 1860s. The building had no fire protection other than a fire alarm in the daycare.
