Andrew Tate and brother to have £2.8m seized by Devon and Cornwall Police in tax row
Influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan found out today, Wednesday, December 18, that they will have to forfeit £2.8 million over allegations of unpaid tax. Devon and Cornwall Police can seize the funds, currently frozen in seven bank accounts, from the Tates and a woman known only as J, the Chief magistrate Paul Goldspring has ruled.
