A list of flood alerts have been issued by Natural Resources Wales (NRW). Storm Bert has hit the UK - bringing prolonged heavy and rain and strong winds to North Wales. The Met Office has issued warnings over the rain and wind. As it becomes milder the rain will also mix with melting snow - increasing the flood risk.
