The other great thing about this shake is it’s vegan. Cut avocado in half, remove stone and scoop flesh into a large jug, add cacao powder, yoghurt, vanilla, almond milk and maple syrup.
Take care not to overheat the chocolate as it can seize. Stir in the sugar, eggs and vanilla and almond extracts. Mix in the ground almonds, plain flour, baking powder and salt until well combined.
