Hi all. There are many positive ratings for Ueno Zoo; however when I read some of the comments about enclosures being way too small and concerns for the health of animals in these highly rated posts, the ratings don’t make sense? If the reviewers are commenting about the animals’ health why are good scores being given?

Hi, I am one of those giving a negative review about the zoo: the space for the animals was way too small, but what impressed me the most (in a negative way) was the behaviour of the animals. They looked sad and tired. I do not know why many people wrote a fantastic comment about the zoo. Personally, I would suggest to NOT visit it.
