The upper deck is accessed from the dining room and the living room and has a large picnic table, perfect for those early morning breakfasts or late evening dinners. There are deck chairs from which you can sip a tall cool drink while enjoying an absolutely magnificent and unencumbered panoramic view of the beach and ocean. GROUND LEVEL:There is a 2-car enclosed garage with indoor stairway access to the First Level for easy unloading and moving of luggage and groceries even in inclement weather.
