Miracle garden is all about flower arrangements, Which is outside of this world. They did have live music out doors.. It was good. Doesn’t have carnival kind of set up. Butterfly …

Butterfly park.is close by but we didn’t go there. You can buy combo ticket.which is cheaper than buying for both places separately.
I use an electric wheelchair and am wondering whether the park has a designated re-charge station. I'm only asking because the park is huge and before exiting, I'd definitely need to recharge to return to my hotel. I use my own cable.

The paths are flat and wide. The web site might say whether they have recharging points but I did see people using a provided wheelchair but that was manual.
