Well lets see there are spiders inside! Once inside the cave is rather large. The only tight spot is the beginning getting in. I don't think you will have a problem at all with that part. I am 6'4" or 193cm and 260lbs or 117kg. The Spider thing well they are in there but not going to bother you.
