Yes it's free. There is a fairly steep climb up to the zoo but if you are disabled, pay for tickets first & then you can drive up the hill & park by the cafe.

Do you have anywhere to change disabled children that are in wheelchairs? They are far to big for a baby changing table and can't use a disabled toilet.
